This is now my primary doctor after I fired a doctor I had been seen for the past 23 years. Dr Lopez has been incredibly caring and personal. She is very thorough in her handling of my medical needs. I feel fortunate to have found her.

I am beyond impressed with Dr. Luz López. Best experience! However I went recently and had an horrible experience with Licett Pena. She is so rude… I went for fatigue and she did not use the stethoscope with me or my child.

They are very unprofessional. I would rather go to Banner health or one of this large hospitals.I wouldn't recommend the nurse Liceett Pena.. she audibly chuckled when she delivered test results. She lacks people skills even though she works with patients everyday.You can't directly message your care provider. I've called and was told, I can't reach anyone the entire day. I wouldn't go back there again.I got a bill, and tried to make payment but that was a hassle too, their website was not working, calling to pay didn't work either and no one could figure it out. Just issues after issues..

Love this office. I found them as an urgent care years ago and started my primary care with them. Dr. Lopez is a caring listener, taking time at each appt. Sylvia and the office team were patient with my follow-up calls, and calling back when promised. I really appreciate their personable care that is hard to find in medicine these days. So grateful for Ohana!

Me siento estafada , fui a mi cita con la Doctora luz López y resulta q no estaba cuando se me aseguro que ella me atendería , me atendió otra q no creo que sea medico por que para todo le pedía opinión al joven que estaba con ella en la lapto . No fue capaz de darme un medicamento , hasta que lo consultara con la López ; entonces para que esta ahí .No se dejen engañar y exigan que les expliquen todo por que estas no mas no . La López ella si sabe .

I made an appointment online a week ago. We got to the practice and the reception (which was very kind and apologetic) explained the doctor was not in. She had called us twenty minutes before to tell us but we were driving to the office. I blame the Ops staff/doctor for scheduling appointments and not canceling further un advanced. We got 5 notifications of the appointment all verifying the appointment leading up. I have no idea how this can happen when. You seemed to have the appointment validated so many times.

Last Friday I was told I can do a walk in for a TB test my job is asking for, I got there and the MA came out to tell me that she wouldn't be able to do it because of the long weekend and it needed to be read exactly 72 hours after which okay made sense so I rescheduled my appt with the sweet front desk girl Allison, it was rescheduled for Tuesday at 8, 30 minutes before my appt the MA calls me to tell me that she can't do the test because I need a letter from my physician. Dra lopez is my physician she's been the physician I have gone to. It made no sense. They cancelled my appt I had to inform my job and I needed to look else where took me a bit but I found a place and it was easy and fast they didn't ask me for ANYTHING I was in and out, I was close to having my work postpone my hiring date because this clinic couldn't do my TB TEST after being told they could why couldn't they tell me Friday when I rescheduled my appt? My daughter used to be an employee and she was fired for doing what she was told to do, they let her go on not the best terms and I believe my time was wasted and I was treated a certain way due to that incident. Also they left me a voicemail about my son that's a patient there he's diabetic, he got blood work done back in February and they barely left a voicemail today that something came back abnormal. How does a pediatric clinic miss that? How do you not inform a patients mother about something being abnormal for MONTHS? Me and my son will definitely be switching clinics. Don't waste your time.

I was looking for a new pediatrician for my children I closing my newborn on the way.I saw great reviews for this medical office. I was excited to come in and see if this would be a long term relationship.I honestly was disappointed to say the least. The clinic wasn’t super clean, even the couch in the waiting room was super old and uncomfortable.I assumed as a new patient, they would notice and welcome us and try to get to know me and my daughter. That wasn’t the case. The doc was nice but I didn’t even get her name until the end of the consult after asking her for it. She didn’t ask for my name or introduce herself or tried to make any relationship w me or my daughter.They had no follow up instructions unless I asked for them at the end of the consult. (Ie follow up appt suggestions). I felt like I was at a cash register and they were just trying to get through the line.I don’t think I will make this my home for my kids long term. I will look elsewhere.

The staff is beyond amazing., Daisy and Rosy know you and make you feel like family. Dr. Laura Andersen is the best. I am so sad she is no longer seeing adults. I don't want to have to get another Dr.

N se ustedes pero yo visitado otros pediatra otras veces xk nos cambiamo de dirección y me a tocado esperar mucho mas k 30 minutos hace unos dias yo fui sin sita y me a tendieron muy bien todas las muchachas k trabajan ahi son muy amable el miércoles n tenia quien me llevara hacerme un ultrasonido y la senorita daisy una senorita de las k trabajan ahi me hizo el favor de llevarme y nunca me avia paso eso en ninguna otra clínica

My kids have been going there a few months. My daughter is extremely colicky (throws up more than normal everywhere, doesn’t stop crying, etc) and the doctor said it’s probably just her personality. my daughter has gotten a slight rash (from her excessive poop) and the doctor said my daughter doesn’t have one.. but she also NEVER checked. How is crying and spitting up a personality ??? She offered no help and said there’s nothing she can do because she looks healthy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

⚠️⚠️⚠️Be careful of leaving a bad review for this location. I wrote an honest review about the STAFF being unprofessional and rude. On October 3 I called to make an appointment for my child and it turns out that they will no longer attend my children that I will be receiving a letter in the mail all because of my honest review that I wrote here. I love doctora Laura she’s seen all my children since they were new borns she’s been nothing but great to my children but the staff is so childish.

I'm so mad I just called to get a refill approval and I was told Laura can't see me I have to wait until the new doctor can see me to get my medication after all this years Laura has been my doctor I have to start with a new doctor I am not happy at all that from one day to another the clinic decided to take my doctor away

I've been seen at bethanyhome location for years and I love my doctor Laura Andersen, she's been all of my family doctor for years she's the reason why I staid in that clinic for 9 years and this morning I was told she can't see adults anymore Is a bummer I am not happy at all might have to take my family of 6 somewhere else

Dr Luz Lopez was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She was around 15-30 minutes late to our appointment and was very rude to us. I do not recommend going here. My visit was very unwelcoming by her and honestly it was such a displeasure. She was very sassy and had an awful attitude towards us. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Please fix your staff, because Dr Luz Lopez was treating us like degenerates.

They made me feel really uncomfortable with a doctor that doesn’t know English that well and doesn’t give me enough information just told me “eat healthy and exercise for 45 mins” then walk out of the room. She pushed on my stomach too hard the staff is amazing but the doctor that I have now makes feel not welcome there.

I do NOT recommend this office. My son had a concaved ribcage. This doctor not once called me back so I could get a referral to a specialist. They did not ever care when I requested fax number to have his records sent to a different doctor. Very discriminatory office being they appear to only care about some children but not others who could be in a life or death situation. I may report them to DPS as my child could be harmed btly their lack of care at all.

I came in here yesterday for my appointment and Dr.Maria gave was patient with me and told me what I needed and explained my situation. The front desk was very lovely and answered my questions when I came in and greeted me nicely. The assistants checked my vitals and were very nice. I would recommend anyone to come in and make their appointment for their kids and adults.

Dr. Laura Anderson is great with my child and nice. We found this office accidentally really, but will continue to come here and have made this her primary care office. The doctor listens and asks appropriate question. She expresses concern which is much appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great we found this office.

I'm a new patient, been bringing my first newborn son here to see Dr. Webb. So far I have only had good experiences. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable, and my wait times have been considerably short. The office staff seems very nice as well and scheduling is always a breeze.Edit: I have had some trouble with the front office on getting a referral, was told I'd be called back that same day with one and its about 4 days later and I'll have to call tomorrow for it.They also scheduled my sons circumcision and charged for it, only to later (on the day of his appointment) tell me he was past their age limit and how to get a refund.But this review is about the front staff, who seem a little unorganized at time but still nice. Dr Webb is still phenomenal and I get bummed out when its a different pediatrician at our visits 😂

I went to DR. Lopez with neurological symptoms and was eventually diagnosed with MS. She was very nurturing and acted swiftly to get me the diagnostic tests I need for my diagnosis. She was very professional but thing I enjoyed most was she was very caring and thoughtful and spent the time with me after my diagnosis and made sure I was ok and was committed to helping me every step of the way. If you are looking for a primary care that is thoughtful caring and willing to go the extra mile to help you I would definitely go with this practice. The staff was very welcoming and the facility was clean and neat. I also have brought my children to the practice and they really enjoyed the experience! I want to thank Dr. Lopez and the staff for the wonderful experience I had at Ohana Kids and Family Kare!

When I visited the Dr. Lopez’s office, I loved the kind of service I received. I also like how I can save time because blood work and other tests are done right there in the office. The staff is so nice, and I am very satisfied with my experience there. I recommend this office if you want to have great service and everything done in a timely manner.

I recently completed a physical because I was due as well as having trouble with allergies. Dr. López explained the options available to help with allergies and I decided to start antigen therapy right there at OHANA. I’m looking forward to starting treatment in the next week. This is an excellent medical clinic! Wish I had found it sooner!

Si vas a hacer tus análisis migratorios este es el peor lugar para hacerlo fui 1 mes antes de la entrevista con USCIS a hacer mis análisis con bastante tiempo de anticipación. Fui a hacerme los análisis de sangre y 2 semanas después me dijeron que había un problema y que tenía que hacerlo de nuevo. Luego de esos resultados me dijeron que todo estaba completo y que podía ir a recoger los documentos para llevar a la entrevista. Poco después de eso, me llamaron y me dijeron que me faltaba una de las pruebas requeridas en el laboratorio. Así que tuve que ir a hacerme la prueba por tercera vez. Luego, todo se completó solo para descubrir en la entrevista con USCIS que alguien en Ohana Kids and Family Kare olvidó marcar una de las casillas, lo que provocó que mi caso de inmigración se suspendiera porque no se completaron todos los documentos médicos. Esta oficina hizo que mi proceso de inmigración demorara más de lo debido. Mientras tanto, tengo un trabajo esperando para contratarme, solo necesitamos la autorización del USCIS. Así que esta oficina me hizo conducir de un lado a otro muchas veces para completar mis análisis, lo que me costó dinero. Retraso mi caso ósea que no puedo trabajar aún más dinero perdido. Luego tuve que pagar dinero para enviar documentos a USCIS ya que no podemos entrégalos en persona, lo intenté. Y, en general, solo una experiencia terrible. La peor experiencia de mi vida. Un servicio horrible.Update:El manager de Obama kids and family kare me contacto para ver como me podían ayudar a compensar el inconveniente y me devolvieron el dinero que pague por el servicio. Eduardo fue muy comprensivo y diligente con todo lo referido a mi caso. Esto no cambia mi situación pero me agradó saber que a ellos les importa que los pacientes se sientan escuchados.

Was pleased they were able to get a few of my medical concerns taken care of as well as my sons. But when it came to medication refills for my son they sent the wrong one to the pharmacy and kept having to call the pharmacy and the doctors office they assured me they fixed and it should be ready to pick up in a few hours. I called the pharmacy the next day and they never called it in. So now I have to have my son go 3 days without it because they didn’t do as they said they would.UPDATE:Took my son in to see doctor 4/18 was swabbed for COVID as precaution we are on day 4 of waiting for results and schools will not allow a child back to school until results come back. I have called a few times during the week to ask about results and was told they don't have them. Today is day 4 and I called in and said they have had the results but the doctor hasn't reviewed them. When I expressed my frustration about the situation I was brushed off and hung up on by the receptionist.

Dr. Anderson and all staff at Ohana Kids & Family Kare are all so amazing! They go above and beyond to help out and to.make sure you get the best care possible. I recommend them to anybody. They have done more in just 2 visits than my old pediatrician ever did in a year and a half.

Laura Anderson is just an amazing and wonderful provider. I have been taking my girls to her since they were born. Never have I had a problem with her. She always goes above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. Never under questions anything of what I ask her. She has token good care of my babies during their well visit or sick visits. She's just amazing! Also, Daisy and Rosy are so nice and polite. Once you walk in they greet you and ask how you are doing. They do an amazing job at what they do. They have nice personality that give this clinic a great look! Love them! All the staff over all are amazing. Keep up the great work!

Ohana has been nothing but good to me. Every staff Member is so nice and so professional. Daisy and Rosy, are always there to help with any question or any appt set up I need. Dr. Laura is the best doctor, she’s always so caring and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is in order with my health. My dad also comes here, and for a daughter it is important that things are well explained and done correctly. I know that when my dad goes to his appointment he will be well taken care of. Daisy and Rosy are the stars! my dad was dealing with cancer and other issues and when we needed papers to be faxed or emailed they were always so willing to help and get things straightened out for my dad. Giving me the peace of mind things were under control. I would give them all the stars in the world for all they have done. It’s a great team. Never an issue. And I appreciate every single one of the staff members!

This is a great family clinic. From the moment I walked in the door I felt I was in a caring professional place. Doctora López is not only very knowledgeable but she really listened to me and encouraged me toward the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. My labs from a year ago had some indicators of some concern areas. Due to following the program that she put me on my recent labs last week tell a much improved story. I am super grateful for Ohana.

New patient and had a great first experience. Appointment was easy, they called to confirm. Check in was solid, friendly staff at the front desk.Wait time was minimal and had a clean facility.I had the pleasure of meeting the PA Ashley who was a very friendly provider. Felt super comfortable with her, she listened to any concerns I had.Overall, I’ll keep them as my PCP, hopefully for the long term

I feel the doctors there not listen to my mom but a also listen to me. The doctor spends the time to give an accurate diagnosis instead of sending me away with meds. The office staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff needs to be thrown away in the trash! The entire office outside of Laura NP is unprofessional, rude, lacks follow up skills and just shouldn’t be in a medical office! They never return your calls. I had a sick infant and they had another day where something wasn’t working in there office. I called and was supposed to receive a call back with an appointment once their system was up but as always no one EVER calls you back. This was the last straw for me. I’ve had my children seen there since infancy and my oldest is 13 but I’ll never go back to such a subpar, unprofessional and ghetto medical facility ever again!

The staff at Ohana Kids and Family Kare are very friendly, and the providers truly care about their patients and their health. Doctor Lopez is not only there to prescribe medication but rather to treat a patient effectively and then prescribes medication accordingly. She takes the time to give every patient their proper care instead of seeing them quickly and just sending them home with medication. Ashley Hicks does an excellent job in assessing all the patients’ symptoms and really cares about alleviating them in a way that suits every patient individually. She asks all the necessary questions to obtain a proper diagnosis, and she dedicates enough time for every patient, which satisfies all their health needs and addresses all of their concerns. The staff at OKFK are a true representation of what healthcare should look like for everyone.

Nearly every part of my experience over the last year was some of the worst I've ever experienced at a medical facility minus Laura Ashley Hicks.The staff were rude and inexperienced if you could even get them on the phone. Multiple times they left me hanging wondering what my tests results were forcing me to reach out to figure out what was going on. And by reaching out that usually meant leaving a voicemail during business hours and then never hearing back.I gave them so many chances because of PA Hicks who had excellent bedside manner and always spent all the time I needed with her but you couldn't pay me to go back at this point. The entire administrative staff needs to be fired and replaced with people who actually care about patients and their needs.The last straw is dealing with a billing error they have made and talking to the company they use for their billing who were also rude and unhelpful.I hope Laura leaves and goes somewhere better but until then I'm transferring to someone else.

I do not usually write reviews but I have been so impressed with my doctor PA Laura (Ashley) Hicks. I have never had a doctor be so attentive and compassionate. She asked so many questions and was able to get to the bottom of my problems when others I have seen spend maybe 5 minutes in the room and therefore haven't been able to help me. I have sent my parents, friends, extended family to her and they have all loved her, too. I heard she left the practice briefly but then saw she was back which makes me very happy. I would rather keep the same PCP because I think you get better quality care this way. I did not really connect with the other doctors I have seen there and I do wish their staff was more organized and efficient. My previous MA Adrianna was great but I think she left now too. I will continue to go to this clinic as long as my doctor is there because it is literally the best care I have ever received. I would recommend Ohana to others and routinely refer family and friends there.

I give 3 stars because it’s been hit or miss with getting good service. I made an appointment o line on Wednesday night for 9 am Thursday. When I arrived, the receptionist said she had no record of my appointment. When I said I made the appointment online, she said she found it and it was for 4 pm. Apparently, the scheduling agency changed my appointment and never told me…because the receptionist said that now they are only seeing adults after 1 pm. Having driven from Laveen, I told her I wasn’t coming back again. I begged to be see by the PA working with kids so I could get a prescription to treat my bad bronchitis, but she said the PA only saw kids. Soooo…I left. Haven’t seen Dr. Lopez in years as she has PAs seeing patients. Some have been better than others. I’m just going to find a doctor closer. They need to fix their online scheduling issues.

The first doctor that I had that I felt like had genuinely listened to my worries and gave me guidance on where I was going with my health and mental well being, not to mention the staff went the distance to help me make sure I was in network. Very attentive, very caring, very helpful, from every member of the staff at this location.

This was my first time visiting this office I usually go to their other doctors office. I was seen by doctor Laura Truax and she had the worst bedside manner I have ever experience. Laura did not have any compassion what so ever for what I'm going through. She treated me like I was such an inconvenience and when I ask her to please contact my PCP in the other doctors office for more information she roll her eyes and walk out of the room. Not knowing what she was doing I walk out of the room and ask to talk to someone else. Laura saw me and ask to wait, when I told her that I didn't want her seeing me, I was introduce to her supervisor and Laura walked by and roll her eyes again. At this point I was so frustrated that I began crying because she did not attempt to help me at all. The supervisor stated that I would received a call to resolved this situation but I didn't receive any calls. They didn't take my concerns seriously by far the worst experience I will not be going back or advised family&friends to go.

My family and I have had a great experience with Dr. Luz Lopez. She is so kind, supportve and positive. She respects my family's beliefs. She listens to us. We dont plan to switch doctors. I’m livid with this place. I really gave them the benefit of the doubt, I’m an understanding and patient person but I can’t deal with the inconsistencies, the chaotic, unorganized mess with this office. We have been with them since February.My daughter and I caught a cold before Halloween, got covid tests(negative) got better and then my daughter got an ear infection like the next weekend. Normal. We got another covid test (better safe than sorry) then as well which was also negative. The weekend rolls on and we get to Tuesday.. She still has this gnarly cough, not sleeping but NO FEVERS. So I called her pediatrician office, told them all symptoms, told them about the cold, the ear infection etc.. they told me we can come in and we can be seen. Next day, I take my daughter to her appointment. They tell me we have covid symptoms, we have to leave and do a telemedicine appointment which quite frankly, should have just been set up to begin with.. precautions, remember? They knew our symptoms already. Instead, I get to the appointment and then get lectured on how I was exposing them.. the medical staff who set my appointment up and TOLD ME to come in (also the same medical staff that came out and took our nose swabs) and said that our other two results could have “been false negatives.” I had a 3 minute video call with the doctor in the car (before my phone died because I was prepared to see a doctor not FaceTime one) and within that time she determined my daughters cough and runny nose had nothing to do with her prior cold or ear infection. We just may have covid. And that’s that. Got the call yesterday and what’s that? A THIRD NEGATIVE COVID RESULT. So NOW can my child be seen and treated for what’s actually wrong with her? I called to make her a next day appointment.. I need to make sure my daughter is healthy and okay, I waited for our third covid results and did what the office told me to do.. and she said she couldn’t get me in till Thursday!! I said no please my daughter needs to be seen by a doctor. At this point of course I’m getting attitude from the staff but I’m just trying to help my CHILD. They get her an appointment and she tells me “8:30 is all I have” that’s fine. Anything is fine. I said. I get a call this morning saying we missed our 7:15 appointment!!!!! NO I DID NOT. I get covid is shaking everything up but when you lose your patient care ability.. something has got to change. This was not okay. My daughters prescription wasn’t even sent until the next day after I called FOUR TIMES. Which is the second time a script for her was not sent in when supposed to be. This is not how a pediatrician office should be ran. Period. Figure it out so another mother doesn’t have to stress and cry for days because medical staff is treating her poorly and her child’s doctor won’t see them despite multiple negative covid results. UNACCEPTABLE.

I love our new doctor me and my son go to Ashley and shes so nice and asks lots of questions to make sure she gets it right. Will be going to her instead of my sons pediatrician. Recommend her for sure. Only issue is the nurse couldnt find my vein to draw blood and my OB does it perfect everytime

When I called today to schedule an appointment Adriana was very nice and found a great time that works for me. When I get there, Paulette was very accommodating and nice to assist me with the forms that I needed. Dr. Lopez is pretty specific with her check up which tells me that she’s an expert of what she does. Paulette got my blood and I’m a big baby when it comes to needles but she made it really easy and comfortable for me. I definitely recommend this clinic not only because they know what they are doing but also because they CARE.

Don't waste your time. Dr. Lopez was not professional, rushed my visit and just did not make me feel welcome at all. The medical assistants were great, though. I was not happy that it was so hard to reach the office. I had labs done and then did not hear anything for 2 weeks. It took another week just for someone to answer the phone and speak with someone after leaving multiple voicemails. Not a great experience.

I went to my appointment sat in the waiting area for over an hour. I had to leave because waiting close to 90 min for an appointment is unacceptable. They collected my copay. I was instructed to reschedule and every time I try there is never a provider in the office, or I get the run around. I would go somewhere else and just avoid this office/company completely.

Find a different doctor! These people don't have a clue what they are doing. Can't even schedule appointments correctly. Gross office there staff is rude. Most disturbingly a former NICU baby was denied a special diet and forced to go hungry because the doctor was to lazy to do there job and fax a paper to WIC. Worst practice in Arizona.

I've been trying to make an appointment here for several months the receptionists seem very unprofessional, I was on hold for a very long time while I heard them chatting, laughing and eating food, when she finally came back to the line she couldn't answer any of my questions, they didn't have a set schedule for the following week to set an appointment and they were out of vaccines, when I asked more questions of why or when they would be getting them in all she could say was I don't know. A month later I call to see if they have any vaccines and this location didn't answer, like usual so you get transferred to another location, the Mesa location is also out of vaccines and said all the locations do not have vaccines only after asking what insurance I had, she said basically if you have private insurance they can help you but if you have CHIP or AHCCCS they don't have any vaccines but will refer you to go to the county department office, I will never use them again, awful company! Also Google says they are open 8-5 but they are not.

Got to be the worst pediatric office in the East Valley. Very unsanitary practices. Sneezing, coughing, without washing hands. Half of the staff is impossible to understand. The only decent doctor, dr. Webb, is no longer there. Send out bills more than a year later. Do yourself a favor and don't even attempt to give this office a try.

This is the closest to my home, so I wanted to try them, I was a little bit afraid because of some the reviews here, but so far I've been there 4 time and it's always a speedy process, I would spend 20mints to 30 there and I'll be done, I'll get my chilled checked out and will get all the info I need and I'm out, and that's all what I need, I'm not looking for fancy treatment or what ever. I'm taking my two kids here since they were born and this doctor's office used to be really good and I still like the physician's assistant there klint webUnfortunately, it doesn't really matter how much I like that one doctor when the rest of the staff seems to be terribleFor example they have, honest-to-god, failed to mark an immunization record correctly, causing me a couple of hours of back-and-forth between the doctor and my daycare which required it to be correct.Also for instance they will have policy changes and not notify you until you're back down there for the second or third time when they let you know they can't do somethingHonestly it takes a lot for me to give someone a one-star rating but it's just not worth it do not go here

I chose this pediatrician because when I called they actually answered the phones. No recording no attitue from an operator. After my child is born I call them 13 times in 5 hours and no one answered the phone! I was just calling to set an appointment, but what if my child was sick and I had a question? No one is there to answer not even a voice mail??!? Seems to jankey for me don't recommend to anyone

They can't get anything right! They made me wait there for 3 hours to receive shot records and told me they never got them from the last place come to find out they did get them that same day 10 mins after they faxed the record request! The day of kids first appoint they couldn't find one of my kids records! Unorganized rude the building looks filthy

They never told me my son was not up to date on his vaccines, nor did they tell me he was missing any until I asked them to update his shot record. They asked me if I brought him in at 9 months, which I did, as they told me he had bronchiolitus that appointment. The female doctor I saw also told me I need to be retracting my son, even though he is intact and the American Association of Pediatrics have also released info on intact care. Will never come back.

I've been bring my boys here for over a yr.. And i love it.. They get right to what needs to be done.. If i gotta wait it's worth it cause it's dealing with my kids health.. My daughter was supposed to be a new patient at this location. I signed in at 10:23 am. I told the lady at registration that my daughter was a new patient and I her appointment was at 11. She just told me to sign in and take a seat. I waited 30 minutes until they transferred us to the other waiting room. I told the lady at regristration from the waiting room we were transferred to that my daughter was a new patient and I had an appointment. She told me to hold on and answered the phone. It was already 10:56am & I still hadn't been helped even though I was standing right in front of the regristration spot. There were about 7 girls back there and none of them helped me. My fiance asked as to why they moved us from the first waiting area and one of the girls said that all of the other girls had gone to lunch. Which is understandable. I waited another 10 minutes and still no help. At this point I was very upset. I understand it's Friday and that they already had patients waiting but almost an hour of absolutely no help is pretty ridiculous. There were 7 girls back there. Like 3 were on the phone and the rest were just standing around. Going there was a waste of time.

One star only because zero stars isn't allowed to post a review. Not told when someone different is going to see my son. I stayed with this office for Clint Webb to see my son, several times it was someone different. That is somewhat dealable what is not is I go in and my child is diagnosed with RSV and an ear infection. This appointment was at the end of the day. We were given a breathing machine to take home with us and were expecting to pick up meds at our local drug store. We are first time parents and at the time, just a month ago, our son was 6 1/2 months old. The thought of our son not being able to breath properly on his own scared the heck out of us. Well guess who didn't call in the meds? Kids Kare staff. I drove back to office in tears someone was still there to help me and my son. Nope. There's no afterhours. Luckily while out of desperation pressing numbers while calling that location I was miraculously connected to the Thomas location where I spoke to someone who was going to "see" if they could get a hold of Mr. Webb. They failed to mention they were closing momentarily and within a few minutes they were closed and had no idea if my baby was going to get the help he needed. As a mother I was beside myself my baby will be forced to suffer because of the carelessness of Kids Kare Pediatrics. We finally got a call from Mr. Webb around 715 that evening and my son got his meds that night. What a nightmare. Stay away from this place. Staff could care less when you walk in or out.

These comment got me off guard. I have been going there for over 6years and only had a problem once when i was late. Daisy's comment "I had an appointment this morning and got there 10 min late and the "dr" didn't wanted to see my newborn" i believe that when you are a new patient you must go 15min early as a courtesy to fill out paper work, so you being late is all your responsibility and no one else. It is our responsibility as parents to be on time if not then deal with the consequences. And the fact that there are no toys is probably due to the fact(i have seen this be done while waiting in the waiting room) that parents don't discipline their kids and tell them to respect property. The staff has always been friendly and nice as long as i follow my appointment time and am not late. The PA and medical assistants are always professional and like i said i only have problems if i'm late.....Don't be late and everything will go smoothly

So I had an appointment this morning and got there 10 min late and the "dr" didn't wanted to see my newborn because of that. But I've been there for 8 years and I've been always on time and had to wait for over 4 hours to get my children seen by them and the only time I got late they don't want to see my child, so annoying! !! Really dissappointed they don't even have patients and they just lost 4 more today with me! Suck place and did not recommend to anyone!!!!
