I always have an amazing time going to OHANA. The receptionists are super kind and friendly always smiling when they say hello. I love doctor webb he’s amazing. However there is one male staff there that likes to rush when we go in. I get that you’re trying to finish the day off and go home but understand that these are our children. He rushed the weight, the height, he even rushed the poking like he had somewhere more important to be, even when he was talking he was talking way too fast. Please be mindful of our children, these are lives that we love and cherish. Overall everyone does an amazing job with my daughter. I’m switching all my kids doctors to Mr Webb because this facility is amazing

Poor customers service Sophia answered the phone with an attitude! her knowledge of my question were unanswered and when ask to speak to a manager she kept saying “she was very busy” I’m sorry your office open at 8am and I called at 8:07 am. This place always hires the worst front desk people every few months they change staff and it keeps getting worse no sense of knowledge of what they can do in office or the cost for services. Save your time on this place the staffs a joke.

My son is 16 months old. I was told by the doctor here that he has too many issues. I've asked for a specialist since he was a month old and Dr. Anderson has refused to help. Since my son was a week old he stays awake 3 or 4 days at a time and he's starting to have issues that could have been prevented if she had gotten him help sooner but she kept telling me it was normal. Don't take your kids here.

Terrible experience and wasn’t even seen by anyone there. I waited 40+ minutes past my appointment time while every single person who came in after me was taken ahead of me. When the woman at the front counter went to check what was going on she came back up and said that they were coming to get me right then. Well once the person came to the door they called up ANOTHER woman who had just shown up and hadn’t been waiting maybe 5 minutes and I still was not called back so I ended up having to leave because I had a child to pick up. My appointment time was 10:45. By the time I left it was 11:35. Just unacceptable and a waste of my time. Will never go back.

The Ohana medical family has been taking care of my family since we arrived over two years ago. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the service is phenomenal! Klint Webb and Seilly are great practitioners, Sylvia and Hector always make us feel welcomed, as do Lesly, Adilene, Blanca, and Alison. This is a great place for the entire family! So much so that I physically go there to make appointments and take care of administrative stuff, because they are so pleasant! Give them a try.

Dr web is one of the most amazing dr I have ever had for my kids he’s always so patient with them and always pays attention to every single detail. I let no he always cares and make sure to go above and beyond for each one of his passions especially my kids he’s so nice to them they’re very good with him and that’s really hard for them to be around doctors due to an incident that he had and ended up in the hospital and makes it so easy for me to understand what’s going on, and he always step-by-step explained to me he goes above and beyond to make sure that he finds what is wrong with my child. He does extra precautions to make sure that that is exactly his diagnosis. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He deserves a raise. I had an appointment on June 13th, met with Sardis for knee pain she gave me an x-ray order and immediately I went to Simon Med to do the x-rays. Called Simon Med Tuesday June 20th and they stated that they faxed the x-rays results to the doctors office that same morning. I've been calling the doctors office since June 20th thru June 26th and per Jessica, the provider has been contacted to review the x-ray results and to call me to go over them, but no call yet. I understand I am not the only patient that they have but as a courtesy, a call an email or text will suffice the wait if they do not have time to contact as that information is provided to them at time of visit. Hopefully this review will help improve the customer service at their end.

Due to incomplete paperwork, it ruined my green card application.I went to check again what to do further. But they said they are not doing any more paperwork for green cards. I made an appointment online a week ago. We got to the practice and the reception (which was very kind and apologetic) explained the doctor was not in. She had called us twenty minutes before to tell us but we were driving to the office. I blame the Ops staff/doctor for scheduling appointments and not canceling further un advanced. We got 5 notifications of the appointment all verifying the appointment leading up. I have no idea how this can happen when. You seemed to have the appointment validated so many times.

I do NOT recommend this office. My son had a concaved ribcage. This doctor not once called me back so I could get a referral to a specialist. They did not ever care when I requested fax number to have his records sent to a different doctor. Very discriminatory office being they appear to only care about some children but not others who could be in a life or death situation. I may report them to DPS as my child could be harmed btly their lack of care at all.

I feel the doctors there not listen to my mom but a also listen to me. The doctor spends the time to give an accurate diagnosis instead of sending me away with meds. The office staff are very friendly and helpful.

I do not usually write reviews but I have been so impressed with my doctor PA Laura (Ashley) Hicks. I have never had a doctor be so attentive and compassionate. She asked so many questions and was able to get to the bottom of my problems when others I have seen spend maybe 5 minutes in the room and therefore haven't been able to help me. I have sent my parents, friends, extended family to her and they have all loved her, too. I heard she left the practice briefly but then saw she was back which makes me very happy. I would rather keep the same PCP because I think you get better quality care this way. I did not really connect with the other doctors I have seen there and I do wish their staff was more organized and efficient. My previous MA Adrianna was great but I think she left now too. I will continue to go to this clinic as long as my doctor is there because it is literally the best care I have ever received. I would recommend Ohana to others and routinely refer family and friends there.
