Dr. Webb is great which makes me sad to leave this review and start my look for another pediatrician. It’s just been one thing after another with this place since day 1.I gave them the insurance before our first appointment but still had to wait 30+ minutes after our original appointment time because they required me to contact my insurance and change my sons PCP to theirs. So there I was, sitting in pain postpartum while on the phone with the insurance, with my crying newborn for 30+ minutes. Turns out, according to my insurance, they can’t refuse care due to a different listed PCP, but they wouldn’t see my son until I did.Cut to his his 2 month appointment, they’re out of the vaccines and now he’s behind. Which reminds me, if you leave a voicemail they NEVER call you back. I called a week later to see if they had any, it went to voicemail. I left the proper info, no call back.Final straw, we’re at an appointment and we ask for a refill on one of his prescriptions. “sure, no problem!” I go to the pharmacy a few days later, they didn’t have anything for my son. So I asked the pharmacist to request a refill then. It’s been 3 days now and it’s still “waiting drs approval” I call them to make sure it wasn’t a me issue. Turns out it was never even filled! So my son has been constipated and IN PAIN for over a WEEK for NOTHING!!!Also insane that as a pediatrics office you don’t have an on call physician to speak to. They force you to make an appointment. A simple concern that a PA could answer in a few seconds? “Nah, make an appointment or go to urgent care.” Okay, fine, I’ll go find a pediatric office that actually has their crap together and prioritizes patient experience.Not the cleanest place either….one time there was a bunch of ants in the waiting room. Another time it looked like the patient bed/table hadn’t been wiped down in a week. Gross.

My son is 16 months old. I was told by the doctor here that he has too many issues. I've asked for a specialist since he was a month old and Dr. Anderson has refused to help. Since my son was a week old he stays awake 3 or 4 days at a time and he's starting to have issues that could have been prevented if she had gotten him help sooner but she kept telling me it was normal. Don't take your kids here.

The staff at Ohana Kids and Family Kare are very friendly, and the providers truly care about their patients and their health. Doctor Lopez is not only there to prescribe medication but rather to treat a patient effectively and then prescribes medication accordingly. She takes the time to give every patient their proper care instead of seeing them quickly and just sending them home with medication. Ashley Hicks does an excellent job in assessing all the patients’ symptoms and really cares about alleviating them in a way that suits every patient individually. She asks all the necessary questions to obtain a proper diagnosis, and she dedicates enough time for every patient, which satisfies all their health needs and addresses all of their concerns. The staff at OKFK are a true representation of what healthcare should look like for everyone.

Terrible experience and wasn’t even seen by anyone there. I waited 40+ minutes past my appointment time while every single person who came in after me was taken ahead of me. When the woman at the front counter went to check what was going on she came back up and said that they were coming to get me right then. Well once the person came to the door they called up ANOTHER woman who had just shown up and hadn’t been waiting maybe 5 minutes and I still was not called back so I ended up having to leave because I had a child to pick up. My appointment time was 10:45. By the time I left it was 11:35. Just unacceptable and a waste of my time. Will never go back.

I let no he always cares and make sure to go above and beyond for each one of his passions especially my kids he’s so nice to them they’re very good with him and that’s really hard for them to be around doctors due to an incident that he had and ended up in the hospital and makes it so easy for me to understand what’s going on, and he always step-by-step explained to me he goes above and beyond to make sure that he finds what is wrong with my child. I had an appointment on June 13th, met with Sardis for knee pain she gave me an x-ray order and immediately I went to Simon Med to do the x-rays. Called Simon Med Tuesday June 20th and they stated that they faxed the x-rays results to the doctors office that same morning. I've been calling the doctors office since June 20th thru June 26th and per Jessica, the provider has been contacted to review the x-ray results and to call me to go over them, but no call yet. I understand I am not the only patient that they have but as a courtesy, a call an email or text will suffice the wait if they do not have time to contact as that information is provided to them at time of visit. Hopefully this review will help improve the customer service at their end.

New edit 1+ years: the front desk has gotten significantly better, it's always easy getting in touch and appointments scheduled same day or even rescheduled last minute. Klint Webb is amazing to this day at 16 months old with my son. His assistant Hector is THE BEST at giving shots, I refuse to use anyone else. I love this office.I'm a new patient, been bringing my first newborn son here to see Dr. Webb. So far I have only had good experiences. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable, and my wait times have been considerably short. The office staff seems very nice as well and scheduling is always a breeze.Edit: I have had some trouble with the front office on getting a referral, was told I'd be called back that same day with one and its about 4 days later and I'll have to call tomorrow for it.They also scheduled my sons circumcision and charged for it, only to later (on the day of his appointment) tell me he was past their age limit and how to get a refund.But this review is about the front staff, who seem a little unorganized at time but still nice. Dr Webb is still phenomenal and I get bummed out when its a different pediatrician at our visits 😂

My review is on Daisy. She works out of the clinic on 35th Ave. she is very uncaring for someone working in the healthcare industry. I had a tele appointment and she claimed she sent the link. I never received it and she refused to offer any solutions! When I ended up having to go into the office she didn’t even make eye contact. If she would’ve, perhaps she would’ve noticed I could not speak louder as I’m having difficulties breathing. At first I didn’t know that the person checking me in was the same rude person from the phone the day prior. She is not welcoming and definitely not caring. Does not fit the statement of what Ohana is stating to be.***update and change on review*** I received a phone call from Eduardo. He listened to my concern and took action. I appreciate the staff and Ohana clinic. This positive response has elevated my confidence in their interest for my health and comfort. My review is not meant to have a negative impact on the clinic. I don’t recommend this place. I went in the office for immigration exam a few weeks ago. I recently received a lab bill from the bloodwork that Ohana ordered and considered “necessary”. I was taken 10 tubes of blood that day, not to say all my other friends went thru the same exam only needed 2. I noticed there were lots of diagnostics on the order are very hard to explain why is considered necessary for immigration exam, ie Vitamin D or B12 level. The PA who assessed my lab order, didn’t explain anything to me what to expect and I don’t think all the tests were ordered under good faith. At least I know those vitamin tests were not required for the exam. I’m yet to receive any response from the office.

Dr. Webb is AMAZING my kids have been seeing him since birth. He is professional and compassionate. I give him 5 stars. My review is only 4 because the front office staff is mostly a nightmare. I have called at 8am and someone answers to tell me everyone is booked. I've called since 7am and told no one answers the phone until 8am to make appointments. I've had 3 sick kids and told only 1 can get in even when all have fevers. I've had none of them get in at all and to call back tomorrow. I have called multiple times per day without luck and then told to make an appointment for the next day. School notes are a nightmare to get if they can't be seen. It would be awesome if the front office staff could be more professional and compassionate. If everyone got trained and had better telephone and scheduling skills the office would be perfect. The turnover is high for front office staff, but the quality of customers service is lacking so that makes sense. The MAs are awesome!

Dr Lopez is a two face doctor. She will say she can help you then discharge you secretly. Dr lopez and Sylvia ( medical assistant) are horrible people they laugh and call you a liar. Dr Lopez told me " everymonth is a different story ypu always have problems" at the time I was in probate and my grandfather just died. She has no idea what care is. The reason I was discharged is cause THE DOCTOR DIDNT WRITE MY CONTROLLED SCRIPTS CORRECTLY SO CVS KEPT CALLING. AHCCCS already has a record about her not being compassion to patients and my mothers care today with NP PENA lying stating she had to show up when they said a telahealth was enough. Then gaslight her for not being able to show up. Then refuse to prescribe just her albuterol and inhaler. This place was once nice. Also they never adbid by hippa by giving my mother my records when I never signed anything releasing my records. This place was horrible, from Ashley to Lopez to Sylvia to Pena. STAY FARR WAY FROM HERE

I made an appointment online a week ago. We got to the practice and the reception (which was very kind and apologetic) explained the doctor was not in. She had called us twenty minutes before to tell us but we were driving to the office. I blame the Ops staff/doctor for scheduling appointments and not canceling further un advanced. I do NOT recommend this office. My son had a concaved ribcage. This doctor not once called me back so I could get a referral to a specialist. They did not ever care when I requested fax number to have his records sent to a different doctor. Very discriminatory office being they appear to only care about some children but not others who could be in a life or death situation. I may report them to DPS as my child could be harmed btly their lack of care at all.

I feel the doctors there not listen to my mom but a also listen to me. The doctor spends the time to give an accurate diagnosis instead of sending me away with meds. The office staff are very friendly and helpful.

I do not usually write reviews but I have been so impressed with my doctor PA Laura (Ashley) Hicks. I have never had a doctor be so attentive and compassionate. She asked so many questions and was able to get to the bottom of my problems when others I have seen spend maybe 5 minutes in the room and therefore haven't been able to help me. I have sent my parents, friends, extended family to her and they have all loved her, too. I heard she left the practice briefly but then saw she was back which makes me very happy. I would rather keep the same PCP because I think you get better quality care this way. I did not really connect with the other doctors I have seen there and I do wish their staff was more organized and efficient. My previous MA Adrianna was great but I think she left now too. I will continue to go to this clinic as long as my doctor is there because it is literally the best care I have ever received. I would recommend Ohana to others and routinely refer family and friends there.

The first doctor that I had that I felt like had genuinely listened to my worries and gave me guidance on where I was going with my health and mental well being, not to mention the staff went the distance to help me make sure I was in network. Very attentive, very caring, very helpful, from every member of the staff at this location.

I love our new doctor me and my son go to Ashley and shes so nice and asks lots of questions to make sure she gets it right. Will be going to her instead of my sons pediatrician. Recommend her for sure. Only issue is the nurse couldnt find my vein to draw blood and my OB does it perfect everytime
