I had a great experience Delony the woman at the front Desk was super sweet and accommodating of my child who I brought with me to the appointment. Yesia was the nurse that also was super kind and efficient. Dr. Simon listened to my concerns and made sure that all my needs were addressed. I used to never go to the doctor because the long wait times and the awkwardness but this doctors office literally makes me feel like family! I look forward to doing my physicals and check ups. They’re super close to my house. They have an office for adults and for children so my son goes right next-door. I just feel like they truly care for you in this office, it’s such a blessing to have found this office. I haven’t been this comfortable in an office since I went to my childhood pediatrician. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed. They’re so nice and welcoming.

I had the worst experience with Ohana Kids and Family Care at both the Phoenix and Mesa branches. I called ahead to confirm my appointment and drove over an hour, only to be told upon arrival that the person I was scheduled to meet had already left. No one bothered to inform me ahead of time. I ended up having to speak to four different people, and none of them were helpful in resolving the issue. This kind of lack of communication and organization is unacceptable, especially when families rely on their services. A complete waste of time and energyhighly disappointing!

Dr. Simon Jacquez and medical staff are very unprofessional, uncommunicative, and seem to be uneducated. I’ve made multiple appointments for the same exact thing extending over a year and a half. Every time I talk to the dr about my condition or a problem I have that he should help me with because he’s my dr, he tells me “well if it gets worse go to the er” I’ve never in my life had a dr (who is supposed to be helping me just blow me off like this). I was having kidney issues with Adema and the er told me to see him and he tells me that?! Im not sure if he’s just not knowledgeable or doesn’t care but either way im not getting the care that i should be getting. I’ve been in extreme pain for over a year and a half and it’s getting worse and worse and he seems to not care at all. Won’t update me on what’s going on unless i come in for an appointment even tho i live over an hour away. This place is an inconvenience and i will 100% be changing my PCP.

If you're looking to receive your blood test results a year after they’re due, then by all means visit this clinic. My sister initially came here for comprehensive blood tests because of underlying health issues. She was told the results would be ready in two weeks. Fast forward a year later, after numerous calls and visits, she finally received her results—results that were already a year old.Naturally, my sister requested new tests, as outdated results are irrelevant to her current health concerns. However, when discussing her results, her concerns were downplayed by the doctor. To add insult to injury, despite the fact that my sister has been battling depression and a vitamin deficiency linked to her condition, her request for a retest or a refund was met with derision. Eduardo Espinoza, the clinic's administrator, responded to her request with a condescending chuckle, dismissively stating they could not accommodate her.Eduardo Espinoza’s lack of professionalism and poor judgment is evident in the analogy he used to justify their negligence: "If you go to a tire shop and they only change three tires instead of four, would you expect them to replace all four a year later?" The obvious answer is, of course, yes!• Replacing only three tires when all four are worn can cause further issues, such as alignment problems.• The remaining bad tire could blow out, leading to a dangerous accident.• His analogy clearly implies that although the clinic acknowledges its mistake, they refuse to take responsibility for the consequences of their substandard service.I strongly advise seeking a different healthcare provider until this clinic addresses its lack of competent office management and its unacceptable handling of patient care.

I left this office. It really sucks because I liked Klint and his assistant but Klint only spent like 5 minutes with my son every visit. In almost 3 years, he's never spent more than 5 minutes with him at a time. He never told me any developmental things that I should look out for or be doing. When I asked for an autism evaluation referral, he told me no because he didn't think he had it. How would he know that? He never asked me any questions about him in that way, and I surely NEVER filled out an autism packet. He is a good doctor, but he needs to spend more time in his appointments. Especially with new moms of a young child. There were times he would look at my son and tell me he's fine, just for me to have to take him to urgent care a couple days later and get the meds he needed to actually get better. Through our new pediatrician, I have learned so many new things already. He is a good doctor to an extent, but I needed someone and an office that is more thorough.

I don’t know who I spoke too, Cindy maybe. working in the office baseline and or a call center. Lady was very unprofessional, kind of rude, kept calling me hunny and giving a lot of sass because she did not know what was going on while I been talking to the same employee for 2 days handling my blood lab orders. Honestly it wasn’t that hard to understand, she tried to explain me “this and that” . There was no reason to do all that extra yapping. They should train there employees to be better at handling situations and talking with people.

I started going here when I was a child. Laura was my provider. Once I had my own babies it was only fitting she start seeing them too. The care and attention she gives them is beyond amazing, but the patience, understanding, and bedside manner she has for my 3 year old daughter whom is autistic non verbal I cannot put into words how greatful I am. Now the office staff I have grown to love! I absolutely love all of them especially daisy and jen! They always go above and beyond their job roles to ensure my kiddos are well taken care of. They all share the same patience and understanding when it comes to my daughter and her specific sensory needs and they know exactly how to interact with her. The first impression was great. They are divided up in different suites, so I walked into the pediatric office 😆. But they were kind and pointed me in the right direction. Once in the family practice, I noticed how personal it felt. It was so nice and clean but also kind of homey. They staff was also so kind, humble, and awesome. The Dr was also very kind and understanding. He was a man, which I am usually not comfortable with, but he immediately put me at ease. Honestly, I liked my visit. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The Dr offices in the past have made me uncomfortable. I felt like I was being judged, but here it was great. I will definitely be returning for all my health needs. Did I mention it was clean, smelled nice, and everyone was pleasant.

My family and I have been with Ohana for many many years. We starred ay the Greenway clinic and have moved to the Bethany home in more recent years. The nurses, oh boy are they the best. They are welcoming and funny and remember you and always happy to see us. They have taken great care of me all the way down to my teen daughter and now our newborn baby. Any concern and I mean any, they get you in fast and will do what is needed to get to the bottom of that concern. If specialist are needed. You get the referral. If blood needs done, they can do it there. The pediatrician is great my male doctor (can't remember his name at the moment) is super awesome and genuinely cares. They speak English and Spanish so lots of families are able to communicate here. Just awesome. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. They deserve it.

Poor customers service Sophia answered the phone with an attitude! her knowledge of my question were unanswered and when ask to speak to a manager she kept saying “she was very busy” I’m sorry your office open at 8am and I called at 8:07 am. This place always hires the worst front desk people every few months they change staff and it keeps getting worse no sense of knowledge of what they can do in office or the cost for services. I always have an amazing time going to OHANA. The receptionists are super kind and friendly always smiling when they say hello. I love doctor webb he’s amazing. However there is one male staff there that likes to rush when we go in. I get that you’re trying to finish the day off and go home but understand that these are our children. He rushed the weight, the height, he even rushed the poking like he had somewhere more important to be, even when he was talking he was talking way too fast. Please be mindful of our children, these are lives that we love and cherish. Overall everyone does an amazing job with my daughter. I’m switching all my kids doctors to Mr Webb because this facility is amazing

I just switched to ohana And I HONESTLY feel soooo relaxed and welcomed there with my kids, the lady in the front I wish I remember her name but she is AMAZING great service and super nice. I love it here

I had a great experience with the staff and facility at the Baseline/Mesa location! They made room for my child as a new patient; same day for an urgent check up. The staff was efficient and accommodating. Dr. Klint Webb was knowledgeable and gentle and got my baby the treatment she needed to start feeling better.
